We are excited that you are interested in the application process for Mt. Salus Christian School and encourage all perspective families to schedule a campus visit so you have the opportunity to meet our administration and faculty as well as get a glimpse into what student life is like at Mt. Salus Christian School.
The steps for application are as follows:
Step 1: Complete and submit the following to the school
• Student Application (K-3 students must turn 3 years of age before September 1st), (K-4 students must turn 4 years of age before September 1st), (K-5 and 1st grade students must be 5 or 6 years of age respectively before September 1st)
• Withdrawal form from current school
• Discipline and absentee report from current school
• Most current transcripts and report cards (not applicable for Kindergarten)
Step 2: (1st – 12th grade only) Schedule an appointment for achievement testing for your child. The assessment fee is $25.
Step 3: Meet with us for a family interview. This allows us to get to know you and your child, understand your personal educational needs and give you the opportunity to ask and have answered any questions you may have. Please prepare for the interview by reading and becoming familiar with our Student Handbook.
Completion of the application process does not assure final enrollment but provides information upon which the final decision regarding acceptance will be based. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.
