We need volunteers to work the concession stand for the home basketball games. Please contact the office to sign up.
Mt. Salus and Rebul Academy were selected to co-host these tournaments to be held at Rebul Academy. The dates for the South Central tournament are February 14, 15, 17, & 18. The dates for the MAIS Class A tournament are February 21, 22, 24 & 25. We will divide the work days so neither school will have to work each day. We will be responsible to work February 14, 15, 17 & 18. We will also work Friday February 24.
Hosting tournaments of this size requires the help of many so volunteers are needed for the following: working the gate, selling t-shirts, concession stand workers, parking, cleaning up, and cooking. We have a sign-up sheet in the office listing the times to work. If you have any questions, please contact the school or email Coach Elam at email@example.com.
We are responsible for having a program for these tournaments. We are asking our families to help sell these ads. Any ad sold will be deducted from your school fundraising fee. This is an excellent opportunity to support your school and reduce your fundraising fee. Ad forms are being sent home with report cards on Jan. 12. The ad forms are due on Jan. 27. Please return the form so we will know the person responsible for the ad and they can receive credit. Digital files can be emailed to classAtournaments@gmail.com. If you need help to sell these ads, please contact Coach Elam and he will give you the names of businesses that have supported Mt. Salus in the past for you to contact.
Text the keyword: mtsalus
We will use our new text messaging system to send time sensitive information and reminders to Mt. Salus families. We request that every parent and guardian of a Mt. Salus student sign-up for these updates by texting mtsalus to the number above.
There will be additional ways to receive text message updates specifically for your student's class or athletic activities. Be sure to check with your student's teacher or coach.
**If you cannot receive text messages, please notify Debbie Davidson in the office.
We will continue to send periodic updates and announcements by email. Please be sure your email address is on file in the office to ensure you receive these updates.
All Mt. Salus families pay a fundraising fee which is $300. The first installment of $100 is due Oct. 1. The next installments will be due December 1 and April 1. Students will have opportunities to lower their fee by selling tickets to several fundraisers during the school year.
Tuition for January is now due. Tuition must be paid by the 5th of the month to avoid late charges. Aftercare charges must be paid by the 5th of the month following charges incurred.
Aftercare balances must be paid by the 5th of the next month. Students will not be allowed to attend aftercare until previous balances are paid.
Students registered for the 2016/17 school year need to complete a new bank draft form. They are available to download here or are available in the office.
